In 2015, I developed an ad video player as a side-project. Together with the business and sales teams, we managed to grow this new activity to more than daily 20K USD by the end of 2015.
By 2016, the project became a separate business unit within the company and today the department has more than 50 people.
During 2016, I was in charge of the due diligence of the startup StreamRail which was acquired by IronSource in July. When the company was acquired, I became the team leader of the Front End team. I led the migration of the department to use the new product and also the optimization of the StreamRail player for mobile in-app traffic.
Today, StreamRail serves more than 40 different organizations with more than 50M daily impressions, on both desktop and mobile traffic.
In 2017 I took the Solutions Engineer position to lead a BI effort, reducing more than 70% of taken requests to our servers, and losing less than 2% of revenue as well as developing a new project, serving Brand ads to desktop rewarded video traffic.
Within three months, we have a stable system, serving more than 100 publishers, with more than 1 million daily impressions.
